Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Vyakta by Hanisha, customer satisfaction is important to us.

1. CANCELLATION

• Orders can be cancelled only if they have not been processed/shipped.

• To cancel, email us immediately at: hanisha.vyakta@gmail.com

2. REFUNDS

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed only in eligible cases such as:

• Wrong product delivered

• Damaged product received

• Order not delivered (confirmed by tracking)

Once approved, the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

3. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Refunds are not applicable for:

• Products damaged due to customer misuse

• Items returned without original packaging

• Items purchased under sale/discount (optional)
